How much notice do I need to give?
Can I make changes after booking?
Yes. Life happens. If you need to adjust your pickup time or
location, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you.
Accessibility & Equipment
Do you support wheelchair and scooter users?
Absolutely. Our vehicles are fully wheelchair accessible and our drivers are trained in securement and safe equipment handling.
Can you transport mobility scooters?
Are assistance dogs welcome?
Yes. Assistance dogs are always welcome, no extra charge, no questions asked.
Can carers or family travel with me?
Yes. You can bring carers, family members or friends at no additional cost, as long as seats are available.

How much does a trip cost?
You’ll receive an upfront quote before confirming any booking. No hidden fees. No equipment charges. No surprises.
Do you accept NDIS bookings?
Yes. We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. But you need to call us first to set up this payment option.
Is there an extra charge for assistance animals or carers?
No. Never.
