Where We Began
Jodi’s Story
I was created by Jodi, the founder of Growing Daily, a disability support service built on person-centred care and genuine human connection.
For years, through Growing Daily, Jodi saw something that
broke her heart, something she couldn’t ignore.
People were being:
- Left stranded at night
- Cancelled on without warning
- Refused transport because of wheelchairs or assistance dogs
- Spoken to without respect
- Unable to attend therapy, work or family moments simply because transport failed them
It wasn’t just inconvenient.
It was undignified, isolating and deeply unfair.
And every story carried the same painful message:
if only I could rely on transport.”
Jodi knew something had to change and that change needed to be simple, human and grounded in respect.
That’s when she imagined a service that would:
- Actually arrive
- Understand people
- Remember their needs
- Handle equipment safely
- Remove stress
- Give autonomy back
- And treat every person as an equal
That vision became us.
Why We Exist
